About this site

Why this virtual assistant site exists

Finding remote admin help is easier when you know how the work is scoped. This site explains that and passes your request on.

About this site

This site describes four kinds of remote assistant work and takes quote requests for them. The service pages cover admin and data entry, customer email and chat support, CRM and sales admin and invoicing and bookkeeping admin.

Each page sets out what is typically included, what you provide, the tools involved and what affects cost. Requests made through the form go to a service partner, who replies, scopes the job and agrees terms with you directly.

Who does what

A typical split looks like this.

  • You decide the tasks, set the rules for approvals, grant access and name one person to answer questions.
  • The service partner provides the assistant, usually handles their pay and contract, arranges cover for absences and keeps the agreement current.
  • The assistant follows the written process, keeps notes on changes and flags anything unusual.

Pricing is usually tied to a set number of hours per week or month. If the workload changes, you agree new terms with the partner.

Where our role ends

This site does not employ anyone, run a staffing agency or supply workers directly. It explains assistant services and routes quote requests to a service partner. You agree the terms with that partner.

Treat anything here as general information. Nothing on these pages changes your own obligations as an employer or business owner. For legal, tax, accounting or employment questions, ask a qualified professional who knows your business.
