Use the form to describe the work you want an assistant to pick up. A few lines is enough to start: the tasks, roughly how many hours a week they take now, and the tools you use.
We pass your request to a service partner that provides virtual assistant support. They reply to you directly, ask questions and talk through scope. Sending the form does not commit you to anything, and nothing is agreed until you accept a written proposal from the partner.
A short checklist for the notes box
Copy these prompts into the notes box and answer each in a line or two.
- What is taking up too much of your week?
- Which apps would the assistant need to log into?
- Does anyone need to approve the work before it goes out?
- Are there customers or records with special handling rules?
- What hours do you need covered, and in which time zone?
- How will you tell the work has been done correctly?
What happens after you send it
Your request goes to a service partner that provides virtual assistant support. Someone there replies by email to the address you gave, usually with a few questions about tasks, hours and tools.
If it helps, they will suggest a short call to talk the work through. After that you get a written proposal setting out what the assistant would do, the schedule, how access works and what it costs. Nothing is agreed until you accept that proposal, and you can decline it or ask for changes.
